Core Confidence Personal Training operates with a wealth of knowledge in how to strengthen and condition the body in order to achieve maximum performance. It’s not just swimming, biking, and running, but also considering all aspects such as diet, nutrition, muscle/joint care, and racing mindset.
Rich Kinnersley is a British Triathlon Level 2 coach who has represented Great Britain at European and World Championship level since 2013.
Armed with an athletics track background, a BA in Sports Management from London Guildhall University, and Level 3 Advanced Personal Training and Level 2 British Athletics Coaching qualifications, Rich has a multidisciplinary approach to triathlon coaching and is passionate about equipping athletes with the skills and fitness they need to race confidently and effectively.
